The City of Poughkeepsie is in the midst of a post-industrial revival. Backed by the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) award, the city is investing in mixed-use development, public art, community spaces, and critical infrastructure to breathe new life into Main Street.
As part of this initiative, we’re proud to be making our contribution at 316 Main Street, a new mixed-use development designed to help reactivate Main Street with housing and neighborhood-serving retail spaces which will help transform the city into a more vibrant, walkable, and diverse urban center.
